International student grantees compete for an annual award recognizing the best student-focused project for liberty.
The winner of the 2015 Smith Student Outreach Award and $3,000 prize is European Students For Liberty for outstanding and impactful outreach to students in Europe this year. The award will be presented at Atlas Network's Liberty Forum & Freedom Dinner—Nov. 11-12, 2015.
